• •Osmo is seeking an R&D Operations leader to architect and own the "Atoms-to-Bits" pipeline.
• •This role is crucial for transforming a bespoke laboratory into a high-velocity data factory, scaling sensory panels, liquid handling, and sample prep to meet the demands of AI/ML models.
• •Key Responsibilities Scale the sensory engine to 10x annual sensory annotations.
• •Industrialize sample preparation into a high-throughput operation.
• •Deploy next-generation lab automation, including liquid handling and robotics.
• •Establish operational excellence in lab logistics, safety, and resource allocation.
• •Recruit and lead a lean team of Lab Managers and Technicians.
• •Requirements 10+ years of experience in lab operations, advanced manufacturing, or biotech scaling.
• •Deep understanding of liquid handling, robotics, and associated software.
• •Proven track record of scaling a "v1" lab into an industrial engine.
