Area Collections Manager - Manager - Lending Collections

Manage collections targets and team performance for a specified area.

• •Lead the collections target and control collection flow for a specified area, managing a large team of collection officers and their productivity.
• •Key Responsibilities Achieve collection targets for the assigned area and focus on non-starters.
• •Ensure adequate feet on the street availability and manage productivity parameters.
• •Monitor performance against set parameters and conduct weekly reviews with collection executives.
• •Evaluate performance of all collection executives and identify training needs.
• •Support collection officers in legal/police issues and collection activities.
• •Requirements More than 5 years of relevant experience in a Collections role.
• •Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
• •Strong people management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• •Working knowledge of computers.
