Manage end-to-end ad operations, ensuring accurate campaign delivery and performance across platforms.
- •As an Advertising Operations Specialist at Bumble, you will be the engine behind scalable ad delivery, ensuring accurate setups, reliable measurement, and smooth cross-functional collaboration.
- •This role supports the delivery and performance of advertising across platforms, managing direct campaigns and overseeing programmatic monetization.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end ad operations for direct campaigns, including trafficking, implementation, QA, and delivery.
- •Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery, creative rendering, and measurement discrepancies.
- •Partner with Growth, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to translate campaign goals into operational plans.
- •Analyze programmatic performance and drive optimizations to improve yield and inventory utilization.
- •Maintain and improve ad tech platform operations, including workflows, naming conventions, and documentation.
- •Requirements Deep experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), including campaign trafficking, inventory management, and troubleshooting.
- •Typically requires 4+ years of advertising operations experience; 3+ years for exceptional candidates.
- •Comfortable analyzing programmatic performance and making optimization decisions.
