Security Investigations Processing Specialist

Oversee and optimize security investigations and case management workflows.

• •Senior member of the Physical Security team responsible for designing and overseeing investigative workflows, ensuring case integrity from intake to resolution, and bridging operations with investigative tools.
• •Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimize investigative case processing workflows.
• •Perform QA/QC on cases within Kaseware to ensure data integrity and defensibility.
• •Liaise with vendors and track service tickets/status within the case management system.
• •Serve as delegate lead on investigations during high volume periods.
• •Draft standardized investigative reporting templates and protocols for Legal and HR.
• •Requirements 5+ years in law enforcement or corporate security investigations focused on case management.
• •Experience conducting quality control audits for investigative documentation and evidence handling.
• •Proven collaboration with Legal and cross-functional partners on investigative findings.
• •Ability to manage high-volume investigative lifecycles and implement process improvements.
