• •Fluency is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed within customer organizations, leveraging their platform to build automations, agents, and workflows that drive transformation.
• •This role is crucial for translating discovered processes into actionable solutions.
• •Key Responsibilities Deploy within customer environments and manage transformation delivery.
• •Build automations, agents, and workflows using Fluency's platform.
• •Integrate automations into existing customer systems.
• •Measure and report on the impact of implemented solutions.
• •Provide product feedback based on real-world customer environments.
• •Requirements Strong full-stack or backend engineering skills in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
• •Hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents or workflow automations.
• •Comfortable scoping and delivering work with incomplete requirements in unfamiliar environments.
