About the role
TL;DR
Lead a team to analyze data for fraud detection and prevention, shaping new product features.
- •The Fraud Intelligence team builds and refines cutting-edge analytics engines to detect and prevent fraud, drive smarter decisions, and unlock business value.
- •This role offers the opportunity to shape new fraud prevention product features and analytics capabilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead a team to analyze large-scale behavioral, transactional, and interaction data to uncover signals indicative of fraud and abuse.
- •Develop monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and mitigation solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- •Own AI agent performance tracking and optimization for Fraud Ops.
- •Partner with the Machine Learning team to translate fraud pattern findings into model feature recommendations.
- •Own metric development and regular reporting to track operational efficiency and fraud savings.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in fraud analytics, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment. 2+ years of experience mentoring and managing analytics teams.
- •Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python.
- •Strong people leadership skills and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- •High attention to detail, strong intellectual curiosity, and a deep understanding of user behavior and fraud patterns.
