About the role
TL;DR
Supports Design Managers in creating seasonal color palettes and visual assets.
- •The Everlane Design team is focused on creating sustainable products.
- •The Color Design Associate supports Design Managers and the VP of Design in creating seasonal color palettes and visual assets, as well as managing dip and basic pattern development and approvals.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in seasonal color palette creation and pattern development.
- •Build physical and digital color and pattern palettes.
- •Own loading dip and artwork requests with correct specifications.
- •Responsible for color approvals with support from Design Managers.
- •Organize and maintain dip approval binders and digital tracking.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience in color design, color analyst, textile, concept or similar role.
- •Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or closely related design field.
- •Elevated eye for color and pattern with an innate sense of relevant brand trends.
- •Desire to work on an entrepreneurial, collaborative and diverse team.
