About the role
TL;DR
Ensure quality and reliability of SaaS products, including AI-assisted workflows.
- •As a Senior Quality Engineer at Everbridge, you will ensure the quality and reliability of modern SaaS product experiences, including AI-assisted workflows.
- •You will design, develop, and maintain test cases and validation approaches across UI, API, integration, and workflow layers.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute manual testing activities during the development lifecycle.
- •Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and test strategies.
- •Contribute to building and maintaining automated tests for API and UI layers.
- •Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate test creation and improve coverage.
- •Critically review AI-generated test artifacts to ensure business outcomes are validated.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience testing enterprise-grade applications.
- •Exposure to automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, Playwright).
- •Experience with version control systems such as Github or GitLab.
- •Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
- •Ability to think critically about AI-assisted outputs.
