- •Ema is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity.
- •This role will define and drive the product strategy for Ema's AI platform, focusing on empowering employees and delivering significant gains in workforce efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap based on market trends and company goals.
- •Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and demands.
- •Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver functional and user-friendly products.
- •Define KPIs for product success and track performance post-launch for continuous improvement.
- •Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or software industry.
- •Strong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies.
- •Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- •Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
