TL;DR
Lead and manage the Solution Consulting team in the Americas.
- •This role is a player-manager, focusing on building and leading the Solution Consulting team in the Americas.
- •Key Responsibilities Own strategic deals in the region.
- •Build, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Solution Consultants.
- •Develop best practices in consultative selling.
- •Partner with Engineering and Product Marketing on roadmap planning and product releases.
- •Guide and support complex enterprise sales opportunities.
- •Requirements Over 5 years of experience leading pre-sales and Solutions Consulting teams.
- •Blockchain analytics, Digital Assets, or Crypto Compliance experience.
- •Demonstrable experience in enterprise SaaS solution consulting.
- •Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling Solution Consulting teams.
- •Strong technical fluency, including hands-on experience with APIs, integration workflows, cloud environments, and enterprise architecture.
