Lead a software engineering team building tools for crypto investigations and financial crime prevention.
- •Elliptic is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to join their Investigations team.
- •This role involves building scalable products that empower compliance teams to track fund flows and uncover insights in financial data, solving complex engineering challenges at the intersection of technology and financial crime prevention.
- •Key Responsibilities Write and review code, pair with team members, and mentor engineers.
- •Make sound technical decisions, balancing technical excellence with business objectives.
- •Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the team works on meaningful missions.
- •Explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- •Set standards for AI coding tool usage and ensure code ownership.
- •Requirements Demonstrated success leading and mentoring a team of 3-5 software engineers for at least 2 years.
- •Strong experience with TypeScript across backend (Node.js/NestJS) and frontend (React/Redux).
- •Proven track record of architecting scalable UI applications and APIs.
- •Experienced in leading technical initiatives and driving delivery.
- •Good understanding of data visualization and experience with rendering complex network graphs.
