About the role
TL;DR
Manage a team of Strategic Account Executives to drive new business and expansions in the Strategic Enterprise segment.
- •EliseAI is seeking a Manager of Strategic Sales to build our new client base and help customers transform their businesses.
- •You will manage a team of Strategic Account Executives, driving new business and expansions within the Strategic Enterprise segment.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and be accountable for your team's revenue number within the Strategic Enterprise segment.
- •Help establish and build out EliseAI's new office, growing our brand and market presence across the Texas region.
- •Lead and coach a team of Strategic AEs, developing their sales skills.
- •Work closely with Strategic AEs to drive adoption of EliseAI with VP and Director-level contacts.
- •Support Strategic Account Executives through the entire sales cycle.
- •Requirements 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience in Strategic Sales.
- •Experience managing an average deal size of at least $150,000.
- •Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- •Experience in managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes.
- •Willingness to work in person at our new office 4-5 days a week and travel frequently.
