TL;DR
Design and develop learning experiences for employees and clients.
- •EliseAI is seeking an Instructional Designer to create high-impact learning experiences for employees, clients, and partners.
- •You will translate complex ideas into clear, effective learning content to drive functional onboarding, product education, and performance enablement.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and develop instructional content for onboarding, internal enablement, and product education.
- •Partner with subject matter experts to gather requirements and co-create engaging learning experiences.
- •Write scripts for training videos, product walkthroughs, and demos.
- •Create interactive guides, video explainers, and motion graphics.
- •Leverage Figma for visual design and learning templates.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design in a SaaS or tech environment.
- •Proficiency in Figma for visual design and prototyping.
- •Experience with e-learning and motion design tools.
- •Ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive learning assets.
- •Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
