Build and own Arketa's content engine as a founding Creative Video Producer.
- •Arketa is seeking a founding Creative Producer to build and manage its content engine.
- •This role involves end-to-end video production, from concepting and shooting to directing and editing, for various content types including paid advertising, founder stories, and studio partner features.
- •Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and produce long-form brand content such as interviews and documentaries.
- •Cover brand events and pop-ups, creating publishable content from same-day footage.
- •Concept and script video ideas, and manage external freelancers for specialized work.
- •Build systems for briefing, production, and asset management, and establish a raw footage library.
- •Requirements 2-4 years in video production or creative production with full-stack experience.
- •Strong portfolio showcasing short-form social, brand storytelling, and/or ad creative.
- •Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent editing software.
- •Strong creative taste and experience directing non-professional talent.
- •Ability to build a function from scratch and manage external freelancers.
