About the role
Manages daily operations and facilities for Fal AI's San Francisco office.
- •Owner of day-to-day operations for Fal AI's San Francisco headquarters, ensuring a clean, stocked, secure, and welcoming office and partnering with People, IT, Finance, and vendors.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, inventory, mail, and pantry programs.
- •Serve as first point of contact for employees and guests and oversee visitor/badge workflows.
- •Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and building management coordination.
- •Support logistical execution for team onsite events and company offsites.
- •Maintain seating plans, onboarding logistics, procurement, and workplace budgeting.
- •Requirements 3-5+ years in office management, workplace operations, or facilities coordination.
- •Experience with vendor management and building/union requirements.
- •Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving under pressure.
- •Availability to be onsite five days a week and support events outside normal hours.
