- •Personally execute outbound as a player-coach.
- •Partner closely with AEs and Marketing.
- •Use data and experimentation to improve conversion.
- •Establish a consistent outbound operating rhythm.
- •Requirements Prior experience carrying quota or targets in an outbound role.
- •Strong outbound fundamentals: prospecting, messaging, objection handling, and sequencing.
- •Comfort with high-volume outbound activity.
