- •Attio is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to own their marketing website, a critical product for shaping how the world experiences Attio.
- •This role sits within Studio, a multidisciplinary team of creatives and design engineers.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end development and evolution of Attio's marketing website.
- •Translate high-fidelity designs into polished, performant, and accessible user experiences.
- •Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- •Lead complex website projects from concept to launch, ensuring technical feasibility and timely delivery.
- •Evolve the marketing stack's architecture, tooling, and maintainability.
- •Requirements Significant experience building high-quality websites with TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion.
- •Outstanding visual taste and ability to work with design systems, typography, and animation in Figma.
- •Experience designing scalable website architecture and design systems.
- •Proven track record of leading website projects from concept to delivery.
- •Strong instincts for user experience, interaction design, and web best practices.
