About the role
Drive strategic initiatives and execute Go-to-Market projects as Chief of Staff.
- •As Chief of Staff, you will be a builder, not a pure advisor, working closely with the founder team and CRO to drive strategic initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution: Ownership for critical Go-to-Market projects across Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
- •Commercial Excellence: Identifying inefficiencies, developing data-driven solutions, and scaling revenue.
- •Cross-functional Leadership: Acting as a bridge between Commercial teams and Product/Tech, breaking down silos.
- •Executive Leverage: Supporting the founder team and CRO in daily operations, preparing Board meetings, and making independent decisions.
- •Requirements Analytical mindset with a 'Get-shit-done' mentality. 2-3+ years of experience from a leading strategy consultancy or similar strategic role in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- •Strong commercial acumen and affinity for B2B software metrics.
- •Excellent analytical skills and decision-making based on data.
- •Fluent in German and excellent English skills.
