Engineering Program Management Lead

Lead development and management of detailed schedules, budgets, and work plans for technical deliverables on complex hardware R&D programs.

• •We are seeking an Engineering Program Management Lead to work on a supplier site in Malta, NY as a full time Quantinuum employee.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead development of and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverables on complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programs Organize and coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams Lead regular status meetings, project reviews, and end-of-task retrospectives Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations Identify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologies Requirements Bachelor’s degree minimum Minimum 8+ years’ experience in technical program management Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S.
