About the role
TL;DR
Technical owner of customer data workflows, integrations, and AI automation.
- •The Data Solutions Engineer at Standard Metrics will be the technical owner of customer-facing data workflows, integrations, and AI-driven automation.
- •You will work with customers to understand their data challenges and build solutions that enhance the impact and stickiness of Standard Metrics.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner directly with customers to identify data challenges and design technical solutions.
- •Deploy and optimize AI-powered tools and workflows for customers.
- •Build and extend internal tooling to reduce manual burden and improve platform reliability.
- •Execute bespoke data operations such as custom SQL reports and backend queries.
- •Own API schemas, ingestion cadence, error handling, and database connections.
- •Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in a technical role with a customer-facing component.
- •Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
- •Proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation.
- •Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
- •Genuine curiosity about AI and experience with prompt engineering or LLM-based workflows is a strong plus.
