  • Join AnyDesk's Customer Experience department to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage the renewal process for assigned customers within the 90-day renewal window.
  • Identify opportunities to sell additional features and connections to existing customers.
  • Focus on upgrading customers from legacy licenses to current offerings.
  • Requirements Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of business administration, negotiation, and retention skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
