Ensure customer satisfaction and growth by managing renewals and upselling features.
- •Join AnyDesk's Customer Experience department to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the renewal process for assigned customers within the 90-day renewal window.
- •Identify opportunities to sell additional features and connections to existing customers.
- •Focus on upgrading customers from legacy licenses to current offerings.
- •Requirements Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills.
- •Proficient knowledge of business administration, negotiation, and retention skills.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
