GTM Enablement & Program Manager

Build and scale GTM enablement programs and systems to drive team performance.

• •As the first GTM Enablement Program Manager, you will build the operating system for GTM excellence at Omnea.
• •You will design programs, systems, and workflows to help GTM teams learn, adopt new product capabilities, and execute consistently, transforming fast-moving information into scalable onboarding and enablement programs.
• •Key Responsibilities Build the operating system for GTM excellence by capturing, organizing, and sharing critical information.
• •Design, run, and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing development programs across GTM functions.
• •Drive productivity through AI and modern tooling, identifying and optimizing solutions for faster and better team performance.
• •Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and consistent high-standard execution.
• •Define success metrics, track adoption, and refine programs based on data and feedback to demonstrably improve productivity and execution quality.
• •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment (consulting, program management, operations, strategy).
• •Systems thinker who enjoys designing processes and frameworks to make others more effective.
• •Highly organized and obsessed with user experience, creating concise and intuitive processes.
