Lead and manage Checkr's Strategic Customer Success team.

  • Lead Checkr's Strategic Customer Success team overseeing Customer Success Managers for the company's largest, most complex clients to drive value realization, retention, and account health.
  • Key Responsibilities Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Own executive-level strategic customer relationships and escalations.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategy to maximize value and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive operational excellence and account expansion.
  • Requirements 10+ years in Customer Success/Account Management or related roles. 6+ years in leadership/managerial positions.
  • Strong problem solving using data and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence.
  • Experience preferably in HR-Tech or consumptive SaaS markets.
