About the role
Lead and manage Checkr's Strategic Customer Success team.
- •Lead Checkr's Strategic Customer Success team overseeing Customer Success Managers for the company's largest, most complex clients to drive value realization, retention, and account health.
- •Key Responsibilities Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers.
- •Own executive-level strategic customer relationships and escalations.
- •Develop and execute customer success strategy to maximize value and retention.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.
- •Monitor performance metrics and drive operational excellence and account expansion.
- •Requirements 10+ years in Customer Success/Account Management or related roles. 6+ years in leadership/managerial positions.
- •Strong problem solving using data and analytics.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence.
- •Experience preferably in HR-Tech or consumptive SaaS markets.
