- •Requirements Experience building enterprise systems intersecting finance, operations, and commercial data.
- •Proven track record of shipping AI and agent-powered systems in production.
- •Fluency in AI-native development, orchestrating AI coding tools and ensuring code correctness.
- •Experience building products for non-technical customers and integrating them into existing workflows.
- •Early-stage operating experience, comfortable doing the work without extensive support teams.
