- •Datadog's Technical Solutions team is looking for a Manager 2, Premier Support Engineering to lead a team of Technical Solutions Engineers.
- •This role involves managing, developing, and mentoring a team responsible for responding to client requests, troubleshooting issues, and diving into Datadog's integrations.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage, develop, coach, and mentor a team of TSEs.
- •Act as the owner for team accountability and performance.
- •Ensure successful training and onboarding of new hires.
- •Guide the team through technical training and development needs.
- •Build documentation and knowledge base articles.
- •Drive projects to improve team productivity and processes.
- •Collaborate with internal teams and customers on high-priority escalations.
- •Requirements Passionate about people management and/or mentorship with previous team leadership experience.
- •Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and eager for continuous learning.
- •Critical thinker with a client-centric approach and data-driven decision-making.
- •Some programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux.
- •Active contribution to open-source projects and the Engineering Community is a plus.
