Director of Consumer Strategy

• •About the role: Enova is seeking a Director of Consumer Strategy to help shape the future of our consumer lending business.
• •Reporting to the President of Consumer Lending, this role will drive strategic initiatives across our core consumer brands—including CashNetUSA, NetCredit Installment, and NetCredit Line of Credit.
• •This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, portfolio economics, analytics, and execution.
• •You will identify growth opportunities, evaluate product and market expansion decisions, and partner with cross-functional teams to bring those strategies to life.
• •You will work closely with leaders across Product Management, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics to ensure Enova continues to deliver innovative financial solutions and improved customer outcomes in a regulated environment.
• •The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment, analytical rigor, and operational leadership, with experience in consumer lending, fintech or other highly regulated financial services businesses.
• •Responsibilities: Drive Consumer Business Strategy Partner with the President of Consumer Lending to evolve the long-term strategy for Enova’s consumer brands, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
• •Develop and evaluate strategic initiatives including new product opportunities, customer acquisition strategies, channel expansion, and portfolio growth.
