About the role

Drive regional growth by managing Channel Partners and Agencies.

  • Join Aircall's DACH Partnerships team in Paris to drive regional growth and develop our partner ecosystem.
  • You'll manage Channel Partners and Agencies to grow our pipeline and revenue.
  • Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners.
  • Develop and implement partner onboarding programs.
  • Educate partners on Aircall's products and sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and develop joint action plans.
  • Requirements Confident Communicator.
  • Languages: Native German language, English fluent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in partnership development in a competitive, data-driven environment.
