About the role
Drive regional growth by managing Channel Partners and Agencies.
- •Join Aircall's DACH Partnerships team in Paris to drive regional growth and develop our partner ecosystem.
- •You'll manage Channel Partners and Agencies to grow our pipeline and revenue.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners.
- •Develop and implement partner onboarding programs.
- •Educate partners on Aircall's products and sales processes.
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
- •Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and develop joint action plans.
- •Requirements Confident Communicator.
- •Languages: Native German language, English fluent.
- •At least 2-3 years of experience in partnership development in a competitive, data-driven environment.
