  • As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cosuno, you will be a strategic architect for the digital transformation of our construction industry clients.

  • Responsible for complex multi-stakeholder management and moderate between different interest groups confidently.
  • Requirements Several years of experience in strategic customer care (SaaS) or in management consulting with a focus on transformation and process optimization.
  • Proven expertise in change management methodologies and the ability to confidently moderate complex organizational changes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills at the C-level.
