• •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation projects.
• •Serve as clients' primary point of contact during the implementation phase.
• •Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for client stakeholders.
• •Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to customize and configure our software solutions.
• •Proactively identify and address any implementation-related issues or challenges.
• •Requirements 3+ years of experience in software implementation within the healthcare industry or healthcare SaaS.
• •Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •Familiarity with healthcare software systems and ability to comprehend technical concepts for effective communication with development teams.
