- •Toloka AI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience for B2B clients using their Tendem and Self-Service platforms.
- •This role involves end-to-end design ownership, focusing on creating coherent, trustworthy, and user-friendly interfaces for complex AI systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Design core workflows for task scoping, quoting, human-in-the-loop review, and results delivery.
- •Improve onboarding and configuration experience to reduce user friction.
- •Partner with PM, engineering, and research to translate ambiguous problems into design solutions.
- •Conduct UX research, including interviews and usability tests, to validate design decisions.
- •Translate regulatory constraints (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR) into design decisions, focusing on transparency and human oversight.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped B2B or B2C products.
- •Experience designing for complex, multi-step workflows (task/work platforms, marketplaces, dashboards).
- •Strong interaction and visual design skills, from wireframe to pixel-perfect UI.
- •Experience conducting and synthesizing UX research.
- •Familiarity with designing for AI-powered or AI-assisted products.
