• •As part of the Banking Operations group, you will ensure and lead initiatives within operational readiness, governance, and improvements.
• •Key Responsibilities Oversee readiness, governance, and process improvements across Banking Operations Drive and support governance activities by monitoring adherence to processes, regulatory requirements, and risk controls Work closely with Banking Operations leadership to define and track key metrics and OKRs that shape operational success Requirements Experience in banking operations, service delivery, or a related function with exposure to governance, risk, and readiness Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A professional banking education/background or a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, a related field or comparable working experience
