• •Key Responsibilities Develop, manage and scale the Lab Operations team.
• •Advocate for the needs of your team and their work.
• •Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• •Collaborate closely with research leaders to build a strong culture.
• •Partner with program leaders across research groups, hardware, apparel, and product.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience in a Research Operations or Program Manager role. 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• •Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming processes.
• •Data-driven approach to strategic planning.
• •Experience collaborating across multiple functions including engineering, privacy/legal, research, recruitment, and product.
