Manage collections targets and team for lending collections in a specified area.

• •Team Lead will be responsible for achieving collection targets and controlling collection flow for a specified area.
• •This role acts as a liaison between creditors and consumers, identifying overdue payments and developing repayment plans.
• •Key Responsibilities Achieve collection targets and control collection flow for the assigned area.
• •Focus on non-starters and ensure documented feedback.
• •Ensure adequate feet on the street availability, bucket-wise and segment-wise.
• •Address client queries and develop repayment plans.
• •Report collection activity and observe accounts to identify overdue payments.
• •Requirements More than 3 years of relevant experience in a Collections role.
