• •The Head of Design leads the full creative function across all categories and is responsible for translating the Creative Director’s vision into strong, relevant, and desirable collections.
• •Key Responsibilities Translate the Creative Director’s vision into seasonal concepts, product narratives, aesthetics, and key looks.
• •Oversee the full design cycle across all categories, from concept development to final product review.
• •Lead key seasonal milestones including Proto Reviews, Fittings, and Costing meetings.
• •Requirements Lead, mentor, and elevate a multidisciplinary team of designers across soft woven, tailoring, jersey, denim, knitwear, footwear, and accessories.
• •Provide clear creative direction, structured workflows, and actionable feedback.
• •Build and nurture a culture of collaboration, constructive candor, clarity, and excellence.
