- •The Baseball Tech Manager
- •Data Systems is responsible for the production readiness, deployment, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement of Baseball's post-game data systems, aligning with live game operations across cloud and on-prem environments.
- •Key Responsibilities Own production deployments for Baseball post-game data systems and related cloud/on-prem components.
- •Serve as a Tech subject matter expert for Baseball data products and own data reprocessing workflows.
- •Monitor data pipelines, product health, and production environments, building and maintaining observability dashboards.
- •Provide advanced troubleshooting and third-line support for Baseball data products and production incidents.
- •Build scripts, tools, and automation to improve reprocessing reliability and scale delivery.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in technical operations, product engineering, DevOps, or data operations.
- •Strong understanding of AWS services, data pipelines, APIs, databases, and monitoring tools like Datadog.
- •Experience with SQL, scripting, and automation for operational tooling.
- •Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and operational processes.
- •Comfortable working in high-pressure live service environments.
