• •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discussions and guide architectural decisions Architect robust infrastructure for high volumes of user interactions Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers Optimize backend performance and reliability Establish backend engineering best practices Requirements 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining scalable backend systems Solid understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing Experience designing APIs and backend services using Go Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services on AWS Proficiency with IaaC tools (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines Expertise in designing relational database schemas and optimizing SQL queries Excellent collaboration and proactive communication skills
