TL;DR
Lead the implementation of a brand redesign and rebuild the design system for EarnIn.
- •EarnIn is a community-supported financial platform with a suite of tools that let people take control of their financial future.
- •We are looking for an IC4 Design Systems Designer to lead the implementation of a brand redesign across our product and rebuild our system from the ground up.
- •Key Responsibilities Work with the Design team to evolve and extend the visual design language, translating new designs with solid systems thinking Evolve the design system for cross-functional collaboration between product and engineering, considering iOS, Android, and Web Build component libraries, create high-level pattern guidance, and partner on new features while future-proofing Define and document design patterns for reusability Guide product designers on how to use the design system to the fullest extent, leveraging existing patterns and extending them when necessary Requirements 7+ years of experience as a design systems or product designer Systems thinker with meticulous attention to detail Proven experience leading or collaborating on the creation of design system architecture for digital products Experience partnering with engineers to translate Figma designs into production code Experience building or using AI tools for Figma-to-code workflows or design tooling
