- •The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday) will own Workday integrations end-to-end, ensuring reliable data flow and scalable system design.
- •This role involves designing, building, and maintaining integrations between Workday and internal or third-party systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
- •Manage integrations across payroll, benefits, identity management, finance systems, data warehouses, and other HR platforms.
- •Ensure data integrity through transformation logic, mapping, and bulk data operations.
- •Requirements Strong experience with Workday integrations and data management.
- •Proficiency in data transformation, mapping, and bulk data operations.
- •Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
