Data Analyst

Support decision-making and build strong data foundations at Capi Money.

• •Join Capi Money as a Data Analyst to support decision-making across the company and build strong foundations for the data function.
• •Key Responsibilities Build internal tools for the Treasury function to improve real-time visibility and risk management.
• •Analyse operational performance to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• •Partner with the Finance team on analytical projects such as unit economics, revenue analysis, and forecasting.
• •Design and structure the Compliance analytics layer, including trend monitoring, risk flagging, reporting support, and SLA tracking.
• •Deliver deep-dive analyses to support leadership decision-making and board reporting.
• •Requirements 6-8+ years in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Analytics Engineering.
• •Proficient SQL skills (advanced querying, modelling, performance optimisation).
• •Experience with modern data warehouses (Postgres, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
• •Prior relevant experience in the fintech space (Payments, FX preferred
