Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff will work with the CEO and leadership team to ensure company operations run smoothly.

• •We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team to run the operating system of the company, extend the CEO’s bandwidth, and ensure Metaforms moves with clarity, alignment, and speed.
• •You will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, a connector across teams, and the driver behind high-leverage special projects.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
• •Translate CEO priorities into clarity and alignment across teams.
• •Communicate engineering and product updates clearly.
• •Requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• •Highly structured thinker who can take ambiguity and turn it into clarity.
