  • Deel is seeking a driven Account Executive to join their Deel IT team, focusing on the MM customer segment in EMEA.
  • This role involves hunting for net new logos and managing the complete sales cycle for software-led products.
  • Key Responsibilities Hunt for net new logos within the MM customer segment.
  • Own and execute the complete sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Build strong relationships and negotiate complex commercial deals.
  • Articulate and leverage the Deel IT value proposition effectively.
  • Build strong pipelines and partner with BDRs.
  • Requirements 3+ years of sales quota carrying experience, ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories).
  • Proven success in closing B2B software-led product sales.
  • Ability to build strong pipelines and accurately forecast sales results.
