• •Coordinate and communicate change activities across IT and business units.
• •Assess the impact of changes and manage associated risks.
• •Ensure all changes are properly documented, approved, and implemented.
• •Facilitate post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• •Requirements Proven experience as an IT Change Manager or in a similar role.
• •Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and change management methodologies.
