• •The Axonius Finance team seeks a Senior FP&A professional to drive financial reporting and planning for Engineering, Product, and Tech Support teams.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to develop cost-maximizing strategies.
• •Build and maintain complex financial models to manage OpEx, headcount forecasting, and annual operating plans.
• •Track and report on mission-critical SaaS metrics, including R&D spend efficiency and engineering productivity.
• •Requirements 5+ years of FP&A experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• •Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
