• •Lead a digital engineering team building tools, systems, and platforms that power real-time, in-person member experiences across airports and other venues.
• •Key Responsibilities Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent; provide feedback and performance reviews.
• •Lead execution, ceremonies, and roadmap planning with product and operations.
• •Partner with stakeholders to define requirements for Ambassador workflows.
• •Drive technical leadership around architecture, reliability, and observability.
• •Requirements 3+ years managing software engineers with strong coaching skills.
• •Experience across SDLC including coding, architecture, and system design.
• •Proficiency with object-oriented languages and engineering best practices.
• •Experience building cloud-native, scalable distributed systems.
