  • Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Run consultative discovery to understand merchant needs and map Easyship's solution.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and ROI-based business cases.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to hit and exceed quota.
  • Requirements 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of carrying and exceeding a quota.
  • Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing net-new business.
  • Understanding of or strong interest in eCommerce shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment logistics.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with a defined sales process.
