About the role

Lead Mesh's entry into the Korean market by building relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Mesh is expanding into APAC, and Korea is a priority market.
  • This role will own the Korea market entry, building relationships with exchanges, fintechs, and financial institutions to make Mesh the default crypto payments infrastructure in the region.
  • Key Responsibilities Own the full BD motion in Korea: prospecting, qualification, deal structuring, and close.
  • Build and deepen relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across Korea's leading exchanges, banks, payment companies, and Web3 firms.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including partnership terms, integration structures, and revenue arrangements.
  • Represent Mesh at key industry events in Korea and develop Mesh's brand and credibility.
  • Translate the Korean market's specific regulatory landscape, user behaviors, and competitive dynamics into actionable product and GTM input.
  • Requirements 10+ years of BD, partnerships, or sales experience across traditional finance, fintech, and crypto.
  • Deep roots in the Korean financial and/or Web3 ecosystem with a warm rolodex of decision-makers.
  • Native or fully fluent in Korean; strong business English.
