About the role
Lead Mesh's entry into the Korean market by building relationships with key stakeholders.
- •Mesh is expanding into APAC, and Korea is a priority market.
- •This role will own the Korea market entry, building relationships with exchanges, fintechs, and financial institutions to make Mesh the default crypto payments infrastructure in the region.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full BD motion in Korea: prospecting, qualification, deal structuring, and close.
- •Build and deepen relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across Korea's leading exchanges, banks, payment companies, and Web3 firms.
- •Lead commercial negotiations, including partnership terms, integration structures, and revenue arrangements.
- •Represent Mesh at key industry events in Korea and develop Mesh's brand and credibility.
- •Translate the Korean market's specific regulatory landscape, user behaviors, and competitive dynamics into actionable product and GTM input.
- •Requirements 10+ years of BD, partnerships, or sales experience across traditional finance, fintech, and crypto.
- •Deep roots in the Korean financial and/or Web3 ecosystem with a warm rolodex of decision-makers.
- •Native or fully fluent in Korean; strong business English.
