- •This role will play a key part in executing Freetrade’s growth plans, contributing to strategy through data-led insights and hands-on optimisation across CRM channels.
- •You will combine engagement marketing expertise with strong numerical and creative capabilities, helping to shape how Freetrade drives efficient, scalable growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate, develop and deliver campaigns across all CRM marketing channels.
- •Execute email marketing initiatives to maximise commercial objectives.
- •Analyse campaign performance data to identify winning concepts.
- •Manage structured campaign testing frameworks to optimise campaign performance.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of hands-on experience running email marketing campaigns.
- •Demonstrated success in delivering email marketing campaigns with clear commercial outcomes.
- •Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals.
- •Proven experience in creative ideation, briefing, and performance optimisation.
