• •Neko Health is seeking an Influencer Program Lead to build and manage their influencer strategy from the ground up.
• •This role will focus on creating a high-performing engine for awareness, consideration, and conversion through strategic partnerships.
• •Key Responsibilities Build and manage Neko's influencer, VIP, and creator program in the UK and US.
• •Identify and cultivate a tiered network of influencers across health, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle categories.
• •Develop briefings and manage all creator relationships day-to-day.
• •Establish KPIs and a reporting framework to measure program impact.
• •Requirements 4-6 years in influencer marketing or creator management with hands-on experience.
• •Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok content performance.
• •Highly organized with experience managing multiple relationships and deliverables.
• •Excellent relationship-builder with talent and their management.
