- •Key Responsibilities Oversee external accounting team in month-end and quarter-end close.
- •Lead automation and AI-driven initiatives to streamline accounting workflows.
- •Oversee accounting operations, including vendor onboarding, accounts payable, expenses, and corporate cards.
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors.
- •Partner cross-functionally with Strategic Finance, Legal, IT, and People.
- •Requirements 7+ years of accounting experience (public + industry preferred).
- •Proven track record of owning close processes and driving efficiency.
- •Drive for challenging the status quo and re-designing accounting operation processes for scale.
- •Detail-oriented yet pragmatic, with strong judgment and a process-driven mindset focused on scalability and continuous improvement.
- •Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments.
- •CPA preferred but not required.
