About the role
Lead and scale Point's direct mail prescreen program.
- •Point is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and scale its direct-to-consumer direct mail (DM) prescreen program, its largest and most impactful acquisition channel.
- •You'll manage a significant portion of marketing spend, develop advanced targeting strategies, oversee creative production and agency partners, and use data-driven insights to drive measurable results.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and scale Point’s highest volume marketing channel: the direct-to-consumer direct mail prescreen program.
- •Independently analyze campaign performance across direct mail and digital channels to uncover insights, measure ROI, and recommend optimizations.
- •Author creative briefs and lead cross-functional collaboration to develop, iterate, and test new creative concepts.
- •Coordinate with Data Science, Creative/Content, and Marketing Analytics teams to ensure alignment across targeting, creative, and performance measurement.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
- •Experience in consumer lending or financial services is strongly preferred.
- •Deep breadth of experience in project management and across teams.
